My Sister s Keeper, Cameron Diaz Sofia Vassilieva: Sofia Vassilieva, Abigail breslin, nim s island, annasophia robb, emma thompson, Following a day of action-packed media promotions,  Cameron Diaz  got all glammed up for the world premiere of her new movie, My Sister’s Keeper, in New York City on Wednesday night (June 24).
Held at the AMC Lincoln Square theater, the Shrek sweetheart showed up decked out in white, hamming it up alongside co-stars Abigail Breslin, Sofia Vassilieva, Evan Ellinson and Jason Patric.
Chatting with USA Today about her role as a mother in the soon-to-be-released drama, Cameron said, I’m not 25 years old. Obviously I wasn’t going to play the 14-year-old daughter.
As you get older, you play different roles. I enjoy doing that.
Meanwhile, it sounds as if Miss Diaz helped take care of her young co-stars during the course of the filming process, as Miss Breslin tells, She kept things fun. She was always cooking us fajitas or Philly cheese steaks.

Atlantic City was incorporated on May 1, 1854 by an act of the New Jersey Legislature. The new city contained portions of Egg Harbor Township and Galloway Township.

Atlantic City contains distinct neighborhoods or districts. The communities are known as: The North Inlet, The South Inlet, Bungalow Park, the Marina District, Venice Park, Downtown (Midtown), Ducktown, Chelsea, and Chelsea Heights.

Atlantic City has a humid subtropical climate and an average of 205 sunshine days annually.

Atlantic City is governed under the Faulkner Act (Mayor-Council) system of municipal government.

According to New Jersey Casino Control Commission. The last time that industry wide revenue was under $4 billion was 1997 and under $3 billion was 1991.

Legally, the casinos must have a minimum of 500 rooms, but most have many more. To counter the depression and encourage more hotel construction NJ State Sen. James Whelan, a Democrat, will introduce legislation in 2010 allowing four small casinos to be built in Atlantic City with at least 200 hotel rooms.

Drivers to Watch in NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race

Kevin Harvick
Harvick remains the leader as the Cup Series heads into a non-points weekend with the All-Star Race at Lowe’s Motor Speedway. Harvick has a 69-point lead in the standings. Points racing resumes on May 30 with the Coca-Cola 600. Harvick finished 15th in last year’s All-Star Race at Charlotte Motor Speedway and did not lead a lap. He won the 2007 race.
Kyle Busch :
Busch finished seventh in last year’s All-Star Race but led 33 of the 100 laps. “Last year’s All-Star Race was really quiet for the majority, and then the last 10 laps, if I would have had a car that was capable of running up front and leading the laps, I would’ve gotten to the front and been gone,” Busch said. “Unfortunately for us, our car was way too tight in the last segment.
Jimmie Johnson :

Johnson took a big drop, losing two positions in the standings, and is 131 out of the lead. Johnson finished 13th in this race last year after leading a race-high 50 laps. Johnson won the 2006 and 2003 All-Star races.
Denny Hamlin :
Hamlin climbed a position in the standings and is 150 out of first place. Hamlin was fourth last year but never led a lap. “Our team is just clicking right now,” Hamlin said. “We’re getting good finishes on our worst race track, and that’s what we need to do. It was a step in the right direction for sure.”
