It is officially a non-story story now, and there is no turning back. And the lesson in all this is obvious: if you’re a celebrity, the date 17 years at their own risk. You probably will be.
Deadspin sure seems to feel good about themselves, as always, as they presented the story, “The story is a stormy night and 2 am text messages and cute pictures and vocational gossip and very angry lawyers, which is to say that this is a story about love.”
