“We have always been very basic show … hidden secrets or guilty secret in the fashion world,” said executive producer Ken Mok. “Nobody acknowledged aloud to watch it. But the second we came out and told the world that Italian Vogue is going to be a prize … that the door is fully open, a carte blanche for any and everything we wanted.”

And the contestants spent part of the show in the fashion center of Milan, where they visited the design houses such as Versace.

It is still not clear what dose of high fashion will affect the fate of the “Top Model”, which averaged 3.3 million viewers last season compared to its peak of 5,000,000 in 2004, when the show aired on the now defunct UPN. To date, CW has committed only one cycle of the program after this one.
