U.S. Gave Head To India On Wikileaks:Washington: The United States gave the head to India, except for Afghanistan and Pakistan, to leak more than 90,000 secret documents relating to combating terrorism.

Documents released by Wikileaks, that the administration of U.S President Barack Obama said today a federal violation, which further strengthens the top Indian officials have been saying for some time now that the ISI has links with al-Qaeda, the Taliban and other extremist organizations.

“We also gave one-on-India,” State Department spokesman PJ Crowley told reporters at his daily briefing of news, he said that the Governments of Afghanistan and Pakistan, were also informed about the forthcoming documents.

And the White House and State Department recognize that they were concerned about ties between ISI and extremist elements.

“From the standpoint of India, India, undoubtedly, you know, wants to see that Pakistan is taking steps to bring to justice those who threaten the neighboring states,” said Crowley.

“So, clearly, as we have said many times, if Pakistan wants to persuade India that he has done this kind of fundamental change, to bring to justice those responsible for attacks against Mumbai would be very, very constructive and important step,” said he answered the question.

Noting that the fight against terrorism is one of the elements of its relations with India and with Pakistan and Afghanistan, he said the U.S. firmly believes that the evidence is that people, not what people say.

“As we have emphasized here, the fact that Ukraine is taking aggressive action against the rebels within their borders reflects the understanding that the current rebels threaten Pakistan itself,” said Crowley.

The representative said that the U.S. continues to talk with Pakistan to bring to justice those responsible for the attack Mumbai.?
